We are pleased to inform you that effective April 1st, 2011 Western Enterprises has begun servicing all distributors of West Winds products from our Westlake, Ohio manufacturing facility.
It is our goal to continue to offer our customers the same level of excellent customer service that you have come to know and expect by working with S.K.I.L/Airgas Retail Solutions.
Our relationship with Airgas Retail Solutions remains strong and we have truly appreciated the value that Airgas Retail Solutions was able to provide our customers during the past two years. Together, we have carefully reviewed our selling strategy and both companies have agreed that direct sales and service from Western Enterprises to our distributors is the most effective selling strategy moving forward.
